The Advisory
At a certain altitude the market for advice inverts. The more consequential your decisions become, the less useful the available guidance is — and the fewer people remain who can speak to you without an interest in the outcome. This page explains what I do for leaders who have already exhausted the conventional options.
The Failure Points
Accountability models, habit stacks and quarterly goal reviews are designed for people who need scaffolding. You built the scaffolding. Applying that machinery at the peak produces motion without resolution.
A strategy engagement ends in a document. The decision — and the weight of carrying it alone — remains exactly where it was. The bottleneck was never the analysis.
Breathwork, retreats and optimization protocols are calibrated for general fatigue. They are not built to hold a leader whose next decision restructures an institution.
Boards, partners, staff and family all have exposure to your outcome. Genuine counsel requires someone with no stake in which way you decide.
The Counterweight
I do not sit in your org chart, your cap table, or your public record. There is no deliverable and no reporting line. What remains is direct counsel, entirely stripped of modern wellness platitudes, held inside an absolute perimeter of privacy.
The work is quiet by design. Clients arrive through introduction, recognize the fit immediately, and remain unnamed.

The Method
Four questions establish how you author your own reality. Answers are reviewed personally; there is no scoring model and no automated gate.
A private perimeter where the public mask is set down. The work addresses the hidden architecture beneath the decision, not the decision's surface.
Precise, real-time adjustment of state — clearing static, cognitive fatigue and unseen friction so execution returns to ease and momentum.
For a small number of principals, ongoing access. Bespoke in structure, absolute in discretion, and never publicized.
Consideration
If this describes the position you are in, submit the diagnostic. Share only what is necessary; discretion is absolute and reciprocated.
