Who this covers

This policy describes how G.T.E.E., LLC handles information collected through g-t-e-e.com, the private client vault, and the advisory engagement itself. It is maintained by G.T.E.E., LLC and describes current practice.

What is collected

• Consideration submissions. The four diagnostic responses and the contact details you provide — name, email, telephone, and any context you choose to share.
• Client account data. Email address, authentication credentials handled by our authentication provider, and the documents, notes and scheduling records held in your private vault.
• Billing records. Invoice and subscription history, amounts, dates and payment status. Card numbers are never received or stored by this site.
• Technical data. Standard server and security logs, including IP address and request metadata, retained for operational and abuse-prevention purposes.

What is not collected

Sessions are never recorded. No audio, video or written transcript of an advisory session is generated, transmitted or stored. This site runs no advertising trackers, no behavioural profiling, and no third-party marketing pixels.

How information is used

Your information is never sold, rented, licensed or shared for advertising purposes.

• To review consideration submissions and determine fit for the private network.
• To operate your client account, vault, scheduling and secure communications.
• To issue invoices, process allocations and administer renewals and cancellations.
• To respond to your inquiries and to maintain the security and integrity of the platform.

Service providers

A small number of vetted processors support the practice. Each receives only what is necessary for its function and is bound by its own contractual obligations:

• Hosting, database and authentication for the site and private vault.
• Stripe, for payment processing, invoicing and subscription management.
• Signwell, for execution of the advisory instrument.
• Email and SMS delivery providers, for scheduling notices and transactional messages.
• Signal, for end-to-end encrypted direct communication. Message content is not accessible to any provider.

Confidentiality of the engagement

Client identity is cloaked in internal registries. The mutual non-disclosure obligations described in the Terms of Service survive the working relationship indefinitely, and extend to your legal identity, corporate positions, public affiliations and any personal material surfaced during the engagement.

Security

Data is transmitted over encrypted connections and stored with row-level access controls so that a client account can reach only its own records. Administrative access is limited to Genesis T.E. End. No system is absolutely secure; where the work is most sensitive, the encrypted Signal channel — not this site — is the intended medium.

Retention and deletion

Consideration submissions that do not proceed are retained for up to twelve months and then removed. Client account and vault records are retained for the duration of the engagement and afterwards only as required for legal, tax and accounting obligations. You may request deletion of your data at any time, subject to those obligations, by writing to genesis@g-t-e-e.com.

Your choices

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information held about you, and you may withdraw from transactional messaging at any time. Requests are answered within 30 days. Depending on where you reside, you may hold additional statutory rights; those rights are honoured on request.

Cookies

This site sets only the cookies and local storage entries required to keep you signed in to the private vault and to maintain session security. No analytics or advertising cookies are used.

Children

The advisory is offered exclusively to adults. This site is not directed to anyone under 18, and information from minors is not knowingly collected.
